Be amazed and inspired by the wonders of the universe. Underneath the glistening stars, find meaning and spirituality in science and its discoveries. Gaze at faraway planets and galaxies while reflecting on what it means to be alive and in our position in life right now.

Learn about Open Circle through hearing participants experiences and try a sample of our mindfulness circle activities. Engage in calming mindfulness exercises and guided group reflection on the role that we play in the grand cosmos. Connect with others who are asking similar questions.
Reflection Circles are a safe space for students to connect with yourself and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. You are welcome to attend any week! Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
