Moment to Moment Awareness:
Learn a variation on the practice of “noting” – a way to check in with your thoughts and feelings and to develop focus, inner clarity, and the ability to let inner experiences come and go without resistance or clinging. These habits can be anchors in difficult situations or when feeling stressed, helping us to respond mindfully instead of being thrown off balance.
Reflection Circles are a safe space for students to connect with yourself and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. You are welcome to attend any week! Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
