Take time for self-care and de-stressing in community! Enjoy a free guided yoga and meditation session with guest Yoga instructor, Cheryl Fenn. Mats will be available.

Get to know others in Open Circle who are on a journey of mindful habits and share ideas in guided reflection. Leave with new tools for balance and mindfulness!

Please register only if you can commit to attending so you don’t take a space from someone else.

Reflection Circles are a safe space for students to connect with yourself and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. You are welcome to attend any week! Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
