Visualize Your Confident Self
Rowena Crosbie says “We probably cannot control a change we are presented with, or the initial uncertainty we feel, but we can control how we think about the change.” How do you want to think about the uncertainties or changes you are facing in your life now? Through guided visualization, teach yourself to live confidently through uncertainty and change.
Reflection Circles are a safe space for students to connect with yourself and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. You are welcome to attend any week! Open to undergraduate and graduate students.

To attend, review our Screening Checklist. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. Exception: if you were sick within the last 5 days, but your symptoms have improved for 2 days, you are welcome to attend if you wear a mask. If you’ve been exposed to others who are sick within the past 5 days, please wear a mask (masks available).
