Restoring Nature: Embracing Cycles and Growth

optional social time 4-4:30pm

Invasive species removal, trash cleanup, and Reflection

Do you love the great outdoors?

Do you want a break from your busy routine as a student?

Join us for our restorative invasive species removal and trash cleanup event in Cootes Paradise near campus. As we work, we'll reflect on how the natural cycles around us and what new beginnings lie ahead. Take a break from your busy routine, reconnect with nature, and help restore the environment!

Note: this event requires physical labour such as digging with a shovel.

Reflection Circles are a safe space for students to connect with yourself and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. You are welcome to attend any week! Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
